OK, so I have installed Moto Phone Tools software and I use the study of melody MP3 harvest and use as ringtones on my phone. When I try to save the cropped version on my PC: "Unable to create file". When I try to transfer my phone says format not supported, and an MP3 codec is probably lost. I have a few songs, and I get the same message ... I'm desperate! Please help.
